As the owner of Refinery Jax Beach, a celebrated oceanfront restaurant in Jacksonville Beach, and past operator of another successful dining concept in the heart of St. Augustine’s Historic District, Vera has built her career around creating experiences that blend beauty, flavor, ambiance and connection. She holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is a proud mother of twin daughters. Passionate about design, food, and fashion, Vera approaches every event with a refined eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the art of celebration.

Hannah Watkins

A proud Texan with over a decade in the service and hospitality world, Hannah brings a fearless creative spark and a deep love for celebration to Evoke & Co. Well-traveled and endlessly curious, she draws inspiration from the places she’s explored and the people she’s met along the way. Hannah is known for her outgoing presence, confident point of view, and the kind of warmth that instantly puts guests at ease. She’s passionate about the magic that happens when thoughtful design meets genuine connection — and she’s never afraid to chase a big, bold vision. With every event she leads, Hannah turns love stories and milestone moments into experiences that feel intentional, spirited, and unforgettable.
